The UI is clean and it syncs seamlessly with Evernote to allow you to fully utilize the information you have saved.

You can select notes from each notebook you have created in Evernote and make lists specific to them. Egretlist also has a feature that lets you save commonly used searches to create Smart Lists.

Recomendation: If you are a heavy Evernote user and a need a Todo application to access your saved information than Egretlist is your answer.
