I recently wrote an article about another Jawbone product, the UP. Unfortunately, I never wrote a follow-on article because my UP, like with many other users, shorted out and stopped working. Jawbone took responsibility and offered a full refund or $150.00 credit to their online store. I opted for the store credit and ordered the item I had been eyeing, the JAMBOX. My hope is this Jawbone product holds up better than the UP.
Out of the Box
As you can see above, Jawbone spent [...]

As an entrepreneur there is one thing that is both precious and hard to come by. Time. We make decisions all day that impact how much time we have for everything and everyone in our lives. We prioritize, make lists and try to accomplish all we can on a daily basis, constantly pushing forward and working to accomplish our goals. This is not inherently bad, however, sometimes we tend to spend all our time on business goals and sacrifice having a more balanced life. Look, I am not turning into a hippie, [...]

A new hero has arrived to vanquish Internet withdrawals. CLEAR Wireless selected me to be a CLEAR Hero. So what does that mean for you?
I will be providing free WiFi service from my new CLEAR Spot 4G for anyone that finds me. I will be traveling all over Southern California and Los Angeles with my CLEAR Spot 4G running in my bag. If you see the WiFi hotpot ‘Clear Spot Hero’ pop up then I am close. All you have to do is ask and you can join my mobile hotspot.
You can find out ahead [...]

While my new iPad case may be Top Secret, the MyEdge case by M-Edge ($50.00) should not remain classified.
I realize after seeing the photo of my case that you might not have fallen in love. Truth be told, my design has not garnered great reviews from my friends and family as I am not a great designer. Nevertheless it is my design and isn’t that what i-devices are all about?
What I love most about my iPad is that nobody has one exactly like mine. If I pick up a friend’s iPad the form-factor [...]

The past month I put the Philips Padded Easel Case for the iPad to the test. My iPad is always on the go, and needs that extra protection. However, for now I wasn’t ready for a titanium shield around it. The case’s exterior is smooth and is resistant to most palm marks, but once in a while some latent ones from lunch are easily wiped clean. The texture is friendly to decals, an opportunity to truly customize this case and make it an extension of me.
Sliding [...]

The fine folks at ModulR were nice enough to send us their new ModulR iPad Case Accessory System. I don’t think I have been this excited to get a case since I first saw the Method Portfolio by M-Edge. The accessory system comes not only with an iPad case but also a cover, stand and wall mount ($99.00USD). I thought for many reasons this case was going to quickly transition into my full-time keeper, displayer and protector of my tablet goodness. The only problem with this vision is the [...]

My friends at Wireless Emporium sent me this awesome iPad case. Before I review the case I recommend you check these guys out. The site is clean and has a huge selection of ‘gadget’ accessories. There is a link at the bottom of this post for free shipping!
The case we received (the day after we ordered it) is simple sleek and serves its purpose masterfully. I have had the opportunity to review more than a few cases from different manufacturers and I truly do like this case. The [...]

In the midst of Apples new controversy ‘GlassGate‘ case Manufacturer EXOGEAR has come out with a very bold statement. According to Abigail with M-Squared the PR firm for the case manufacturer ” EXOGEAR announces that its snap-on case is the best and only option for avoiding breakage.”
Well Abby, I have to agree! I have been using the case since the first day it was released and it is the only case I use. It takes care of every possible downfall the iPhone 4 could [...]

The fine folks at Griffin Technology were nice enough to send us a new model iPad case to review. Like Christmas in October a brown UPS box containing the Elan Form Graphite showed up and the first thing we noticed was the slick texture of the Woven-look outer layer. The inside of the case is made of an impact resistant polycarbonite (big words for what feels like a rubber liner) adding limited shock absorption.
Unlike a lot of cases this one is slim and enhances the feel of your iPad while [...]

Orion Gadgets was nice enough to send me a Retractable USB cable for my iPhone 4. I love this type of cables because of the footprint. It is small and compact and easier to manage than a loose cable. This style sync cable brings me back to the days of owning my Palm Treo 700. I bought a sync cable almost identical to this and found it much more accommodating than the standard. As someone that is always using my devices having a sync cable “around” is a necessity. If you are an [...]
